What you can expect from us:
- A bilingual team: You work in a German-English tandem with another specialist, which enables the children to develop authentic and natural language skills.

- Working in nature: Our daycare center is located in a temporary building on the outskirts of Mainz-Drais, with direct access to fields and nature – the perfect place for children to develop.
Your tasks:
- Care and support for children aged 1-6 years
- Implementation of the bilingual education concept in tandem with a colleague

- Completed training as an educator or a comparable qualification
- Enthusiasm for working with children and the willingness to help shape a new daycare center from the very beginning.
- Very good German skills (English skills are an advantage, but not mandatory)
- A high degree of flexibility, commitment and team spirit

PivA trainee educator (m/f/d) for 2026
In addition to practical training in the company, theoretical training takes place at the technical school (Louise-Schroeder-Schule in Wiesbaden).

- A combination of theory and practice alternating between kindergarten and school

- Abitur (university entrance qualification), Fachhochschulreife (entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences) or a qualification as a state-certified social assistant
- Internship experience is desirable (for those with a high school diploma/university entrance qualification, a three-month internship in a socio-educational institution is a prerequisite for training. We also offer placements for this.)
- Enjoyment of working with children, reliability, commitment, team spirit and willingness to learn
