Our GlobalKids daycare centers are designed to feel like a second home for you as a parent, your child, and our staff. That's why we place great importance on a family-like atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and respected. Your child will receive loving care and be supported in their development by playing and learning in a safe environment. Close collaboration with parents is always important to us, because you know your child best.

Familiarisation
Participatory model
The settling-in period is very important. We have therefore opted for the participatory familiarization model, which aligns with the latest scientific findings. This model actively involves all parties to make the transition as smooth as possible for the child.
Food
Healthy. Delicious. Organic.
Good, regional food is not only delicious, but essential. We follow the recommendations of the German Nutrition Society (DGE). If your child has special dietary needs, we can accommodate them individually. Just let us know.

Familiarization
We know that starting daycare marks an exciting time for your child and you as a parent. Therefore, we ensure a gentle and individualized familiarization period for your child – based on the participatory attachment model.
We take our time to gradually acclimate your child to the new environment and their new caregiver. We also ask that you take this time for yourself, as it is incredibly important for your child's development. Please plan for approximately four to six weeks for the familiarization period to avoid stress for your child (and for you).
During this familiarization period, your child will gather many impressions and gradually build a relationship with their primary caregiver. Unlike other acclimation models, the first separation will only take place when everyone involved feels that the child is ready.
Until then, you will actively participate in the acclimation process and be your child's familiar and safe haven. Together, you will become familiar with daily life at the daycare center.
